Alamo Travel Group is certified by the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).  The company’s recent growth has expanded our staff to 69 current employees located at 13 offices around the nation.  We currently serve over 150 corporate and government accounts nationwide through our offices headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and are an industry leader in online booking support and fulfillment.

GROUP TRAVEL

We have created successful group travel programs by tailoring each event to our clients’ individual needs.  Each group is analyzed on an individual basis.  Attention to detail enables us to work creatively within your budget. 

A group coordinator will be assigned for each event to ensure that your needs are met every step of the way. The coordinator will help determine your needs based on budget, goals, promotion and meeting content assistance. The coordinator will then formulate recommendations for service and pricing.

Our Vacation Travel Department is staffed by highly experienced travel consultants dedicated to provide UT personnel and their families, the highest quality and most attractively priced travel packages and cruises in the world through ATG - American Express.

In 2003, the Small Business Administration in San Antonio selected The Alamo Travel Group as Contractor of the Year. More recently, Alamo Travel was nominated and selected to receive the Military Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Quality Award for outstanding service to the Department of Defense during the year 2003. The SDDC Quality Award honors the commercial transportation industry for commitment to excellence in the services provided to the Department of Defense (DoD).
